Why We Built This Site
The District Clerk maintains adult felony records for the 71st District Court. The County Clerk routes county criminal records, while justice-court matters stay with the precinct that issued them. Marshall, Hallsville, and Waskom each have municipal courts with different public information; Uncertain’s reviewed sources did not identify a separate court or warrant portal. The county’s Tyler public-access route is useful to identify, but a portal error or missing result cannot settle warrant status. This site points readers to the relevant local office and notes where the public evidence has limits.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant lookups: how to use the county portal and clerk routes without treating one search as a universal clearance
- Outstanding warrants: what the active-warrant sources show and why the county has no public sheriff roster located
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which court holds them
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants route through the issuing court and enforcement office
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not a county or court service. We do not have access to law-enforcement-only systems or power to change a court record. There are real limits to what the site can do:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes operated by outside providers. If a paid signup follows a referral link, this site may earn a fee. Those companies control their search process, pricing, and terms. A result from a third-party tool is not an official Harrison County warrant check; the court or responsible law-enforcement agency remains the authority for current case status.
