This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the sheriff's warrant unit or the issuing court directly.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Use the case number and court name from the notice when contacting an office. These local routes serve different purposes:

- Adult felony case records: contact the District Clerk at 903-935-8409; the 71st District Court is at 200 W. Houston, Suite 219, Marshall.
- County criminal records: contact the County Clerk at 903-935-8403. Misdemeanor record questions use CCMisdemeanor@harrisoncountytexas.gov.
- County Court at Law case: call 903-935-8406; fine collections are a separate line at 903-935-8418.
- Municipal citation: use the city court named on the citation. Marshall, Hallsville, and Waskom have separate courts; Uncertain’s reviewed sources did not identify one.
- Missed justice-court date: contact the JP precinct named in the case. Harrison County’s JP directory lists all four separate courts.
For a sheriff-held warrant question, call Harrison County Sheriff’s Office Transport & Warrants at 903-923-4002. The Sheriff’s Office lists its courthouse address as 200 W. Houston Street, Marshall, Texas 75670. The directory does not promise a universal walk-in process, so call before traveling.
